HOW TO DETERMINE A COUNTERFEIT

Before you purchase any of our Sahara-X products, make sure that the product you're purchasing is genuine. Counterfeit Sahara-X products are not covered by our warranty and will not have the performance and durability as the genuine.

Here are a few tips on how to spot a counterfeit:

1. If the price seems too good to be true, it probably is. Genuine Sahara-X products are made with premium materials and are designed to deliver a high heat rejection rate with impeccable performance.
2. If a website is offering too low of a price, lower than the price our genuine Sahara-X dealers or resellers are offering, it is most likely a counterfeit.
3. Make sure the films installed on the car are installed with a logo sticker at the rear windscreen as proof that it is a genuine product.
4. Any signs of fading or defects within a short period of time are signs of a counterfeit.
5. If the dealer can't provide you a Sahara-X original warranty card for E-warranty purposes, it is most likely a counterfeit.

If you're suspicious that your Sahara-X product is not a genuine product, these are some steps you can take:

1. Contact the seller and return the bought Sahara-X product for a full refund without giving any personal details to them.
2. Call your credit card company and ask for an immediate "charge back" or "reversal of charges."
3. If you bought it through a platform or payment service like Groupon or MyDeal, report the counterfeit seller to them.
4. Monitor your credit card for suspicious activity in the future. Some websites are phishing sites looking to steal personal information.
