The vehicle where Sahara-X ^® window film is installed must not be installed with any other window film products. The vehicle is only qualified for the warranty if the vehicle installed with Sahara-X ^® fulfills the JPJ law as below:

1. According to Kaedah 5(1) and Kaedah 5(3), Kaedah-kaedah Kenderaan Motor ( Larangan Mengenai Jenis-Jenis Kaca Tertentu) Pindaan 200, stated that the front mirrors has to be less than 70% of light go-through, where as the rear mirror and side windows have to be not less than 50%.
2. Our Sahara-X ^® window film comes with warranty of 5 years, meanwhile the ST-Black Series give up to lifetime warranty. The type of warranty includes warranty against cracking, discoloration, oxidization, delaminating and bubbling.
3. It is the user's responsibility to keep safe the warranty card, as the warranty card will be used as a proof for applying for warranty.
