Your Sahara X product is warranted against defects in material, bubbling and delamination for (10) years from the date of original retail purchase from any of our authorized Sahara X dealer. Before warranty is processed, an inspection is needed to prove whether it's a genuine Sahara X product. Any warranty processed is limited to its original purchase price.
If a defect exists, Sahara X at its option will (1) exchange the product with a functional equivalent product that is new or refurbished, or (2) a refund of not more that the purchased price of the product. We do not cover normal wear and tear, scratches and theft. This warranty excludes damages resulting from abuse, accident, modification, usage of a second layer, or any other causes that are not defects within the material.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights or any other rights that is under the state jurisdiction, which may vary by location. This rights shall not be affected by this warranty.
This warranty cannot be transferred or assigned to another person.
Our warranty does not cover any JPJ related issues. JPJ warranties are subject to authorized dealer's responsibility.
Users are eligible to register their E-Warranty 30 days upon the purchase date. Failing to do so, Sahara X reserves the right to void the given warranty.
To obtain warranty service, please contact Sahara X with information regarding your purchase. A proof of purchase will be required for verification.
Warranty period for products are as below:
Prodigy Series = 15 Years
Eco Cycle Series = 15 Years
Dimension Series = 10 Years
Solariz (BY SAHARA X) = 8 Years
